There may be days when you get up in the morning and things aren’t the way you had hoped they would be, that’s when you have to tell yourself that things will get better.
There are times when people disappoint you and let you down, but those are the times when you must remind yourself to trust your own judgments and opinions, to keep your life focused on believing in yourself and all that you are capable of.
There will be challenges to face and changes to make in your life, and it is up to you to accept them.
Whatever the day brings and what ever you may face, if you believe you can get through them then you can.
Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give
up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
— Michael Jordan
It takes greatness to overcome ED. Greatness, is not something we are born with. It is something that is developed within you—one step at a time. One choice at a time. It is usually born out of difficulty. It is born in a decision to no longer remain in “difficulty’s” grip but to overcome it and move to a new and desired place. A better place. One step at a time.
You can curse the darkness, or you can light a candle.

This is so important, dont get lost in who society wants us to be as women, what the media deems as normal or perfect, you are you for a reason, and noone can make a better version of yourself then you can. So be true to yourself and remember to be who you really are.
The only way to get past your fears is to go through them.
